Under Thai law, you must possess a valid motorcycle license (not just a car license) from your home country or an International Driving Permit (IDP) with a motorcycle endorsement.

  • Important: If you only have a car license or no license, your rental insurance will be void. You will also be fully liable for any fines (฿500-1,000) at police checkpoints or damages.

  • Tip: A photo of your license on your phone is not sufficient; you need the physical card.

To complete the rental, we require:

  1. Original Passport (We will hold this or take a high-resolution color copy plus a refundable cash deposit).

  2. Valid Motorcycle License (or IDP).

  3. Credit Card or Cash Deposit (amount depends on the scooter model - see below).

  • Standard Scooters (Honda Click, Scoopy, Wave): Refundable cash deposit of ฿3,000 or credit card pre-authorization.

  • Large Scooters / Adventure Bikes (PCX, ADV, NMax): Refundable deposit of ฿5,000 - ฿10,000.

  • The deposit is returned immediately upon inspection, provided there are no new scratches, dents, or mechanical damage.

Yes, we provide the mandatory Thai "Por Ror Bor" (Compulsory Insurance) . This covers medical expenses for injuries (up to ฿80,000) and death (up to ฿200,000) from an accident.

  • Third Party (CDW): We offer additional "Cash Damage Waiver" for ฿150-฿200/day which reduces your liability for repairs to ฿0-5,000.

  • Important: Drunk driving, driving without a license, or riding off-road voids all insurance.

Yes, every rental includes 2 helmets. We strongly recommend wearing them at all times.

  • Bangkok police strictly enforce helmet laws (fine ฿400).

  • For hygiene, we provide sanitary helmet liners. You are also welcome to bring your own helmet.

Riding in Bangkok requires extreme caution.

  • Traffic: Bangkok is notorious for heavy traffic and aggressive driving. Avoid "filtering" (lane splitting) at high speeds.

  • Left Turns: Motorcycles are allowed to turn left on red unless a "No Turn on Red" sign is posted, but proceed slowly.

  • Our advice: We recommend riding during off-peak hours (10 AM - 3 PM) and using navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze) set to "Motorcycle" mode.

Scooters are highly fuel-efficient (40-50 km/liter).

  • Pick up: Full tank.

  • Return: Full tank.

  • If you return it empty, we charge a refueling fee of ฿200 (plus fuel cost). Gas stations are widely available (Gasohol 91 or 95 is standard).

We operate on a 24-hour rental cycle.

  • Grace period: 1 hour.

  • Beyond 1 hour: ฿100 per hour.

  • Beyond 3 hours: Charged for a full extra day.

  • Please call/chat with us immediately if you are running late to extend your rental.

Generally, no. Our scooters must be returned to our shop location.

  • Special case: We can arrange a "Bangkok to Pattaya/Pattaya to Bangkok" transfer for a surcharge of ฿1,500 (includes truck transport of the bike, not riding it there).

  • Mechanical breakdown (non-accident): Call us immediately. If it’s our fault, we will recover the bike and replace it for free.

  • Flat tire / Electrical issue: Due to poor road surfaces, flats are common. We charge for repair costs (฿100-300) or you can fix it at any motorcycle repair shop ("ร้านซ่อมมอเตอร์ไซค์").

  • Accident: Call us first, then the police (if property damage/injury). Do not move the bike before police arrive if there is a dispute.

  • Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the rental start time.

  • Late cancellation (within 24 hours): 50% of the total rental fee is charged.

  • No-show: 100% of the first day's rental is charged.

You must be 20 years or older to rent a scooter in Bangkok (Insurance requirement).

  • Riders aged 18-20: A parent/guardian signature is required, and you cannot rent large-engine bikes (above 125cc).

  • Thai police checkpoints specifically look for the IDP booklet (issued by your home country).

  • Without an IDP (even if you have a valid home license), you will likely be fined ฿500-1,000 on the spot.

Technically, yes, but not recommended for short rentals.

  • We allow it for rentals exceeding 5 days.

  • You must inform us in advance so we can check tire condition and engine oil.

Never leave your passport with police or strangers.

  • If pulled over for a minor traffic violation (no license/helmet/red light), police may ask for your passport. Politely ask to go to the station to pay the fine.

  • Never hand over your keys to a "taxi" or "helper" offering to park your bike. Use designated motorcycle parking zones (marked with red/white paint – do not park in red zones).
